Added the ability to provide column-wise proportions, as these are frequently more useful than row-wise. Also column and row wise functions now also operate on marginals
Hotfix to a display bug in neat_table when have more than one col_func.
Refactored to allow for user-provided summary measures, for column-wise, row-wise and cross-tabulated statistics. Initial CRAN submission.
