Subject: How is this on my server???

When I setup my server this folder was not on it at all.  I did not put it
on there.  How is it on here now and what makes whoever did it think they
can.  If this mrtg crap ever comes back on my server I will sue you for
illegally accessing my server. If there is a logical explaination I'd like
to hear it, but still never want to se MRTG on my server again.
